    The Magical Art of a Desperate Person: Exploring and Experiencing the Art of Counselling and Healing

    To be able to sit with clients’ pain does require us to know ourselves as people and practitioners. This is a workshop where participants will be guided to reflect upon their motivations for wanting to work with people in distress, and how understanding these motivations can assist them in working with clients. The workshop will be experiential in nature and rely on participants’ commitment and willingness to explore self and their own practice motivations.
