Bullying behaviour within the school environment can have a major psychological and physiological impact on both the bullying child(ren) and the survivors. Bullying behaviour unchecked can change the neurological workings of the brain whereby these patterns of behaviour become embedded.
Bullying Recovery and Management Planning (BRAMP) can reverse over time the ill-effects of such behaviour and ensure a swift recovery of both the bullier and those being bullied. The program includes:
- Training of staff and students
- Structuring Policy
- Development of an intervention plan
- Review mechanisms
